Ready-to-Order siRNA Sets for Targeted Gene-Silencing Research
Pre-Designed siRNA Sets provide ready-to-order siRNA options for target-gene silencing research. GenCefe’s experienced design team has developed more than 50,000 pre-designed siRNA sets for human, mouse, and rat genes, with multiple pre-designed siRNA sequences targeting each selected gene.
Each set includes three or four independently designed siRNA sequences targeting the same gene, with positive-control, negative-control, and FAM-NC siRNA options. Gene-silencing performance can vary depending on experimental conditions. For applicable experiments with transfection efficiency above 80%, GenCefe provides a package guarantee: if the intended silencing effect is not achieved under the applicable conditions, one replacement set will be redesigned and synthesized free of charge, subject to the specific terms of the selected siRNA set.

When cell transfection efficiency is greater than 80%, GenCefe guarantees that at least one siRNA pair in the selected set can achieve a gene-silencing effect of more than 70%. If this condition is not met, two new siRNA pairs will be redesigned and re-synthesized free of charge following comprehensive analysis.
