A High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase is a new generation of high-fidelity DNA polymerase developed by GenCefe’s scientists. Its protein structure contains 5'→3' polymerase domain and 3'→5' exonuclease domain, and the amplification speed is as fast as 10 sec/kb. With high amplification efficiency and wide template adaptability, this DNA polymerase is ideal for the amplification of complex templates, and obtain blunt-ended amplification products. To facilitate the PCR operation, we have also developed 2 x A High-Fidelity PCR Master Mix (with dye) high-fidelity enzyme master mix. Only need to add PCR amplification template and primers, and then use ddH2O to fill up the reaction system, which greatly simplifies the PCR operation steps. The Mix contains the electrophoresis indicator, so you only need to add PCR products for electrophoresis, no loading buffer is needed.
